Rebecca's the driven entrepreneur who grew up in the world of EOS® and Pinnacle, and now helps entrepreneurial companies scale using powerful business operating systems. James is the performance coach from the UK—also known as the “CEO of Dad Operations” (aka the stay-at-home parent)—deeply passionate about mindset, leadership, and connection.

But for all our business success, we nearly lost each other at home. We were raising kids, running fast, chasing big goals—but quietly drifting apart. We knew we loved each other. We just didn’t have a system to stay connected. So we built one. What started as a personal rescue mission evolved into Thrive Together™—a relationship operating system for high-performing couples who want their marriage to grow as fast as their business.

These days, we’re more aligned than ever. We coach couples, speak on stages, and co-parent our two incredible kids, Lucas and Layla—who keep us on our toes. We’re also modern-day nomads—traveling full-time, exploring the country together, and checking off national parks (43 and counting!).

Our mission? To prove that marriages don’t have to be so hard—and that structure isn’t the opposite of passion. It’s the path to it.
